Important update on the Kentronics Ag Department
Instruction:
- Download and complete a Job Order Request (JOR) Form each time you require repair service on a particular Module.
- Read & complete this form carefully, providing accurate information in all required fields.
- Return the completed form to Kentronics as directed. This will enable a quality and timely repair path through Kentronics.
- Once we are in receipt of your completed JOR Form you will be issued with a Job Order Number via email.
- Only once you are in receipt of this Job Order Number you are to ship your faulty Module to Kentronics for repair.
- Please ensure that a copy of the Job Order is enclosed with your shipment.
The Kentronics Ag Department Repair Centre has CLOSED its doors
However you can still request a code -
ParaDyme – Feature Code Request – You will need to offer –
- Model and Serial Number of the TSA (a photo is recommended)
- Details of required Feature Code (RTK, GLONASS etc)
- Email your enquiry to Kentronics
- contact@kentronics.com.au
